AVE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- We offer a seven (7) days satisfaction guarantee on all initial fees paid to the Company. All subsequent fees are non-refundable. The digital nature of the service and the immediacy of the benefits make any possibility for a more extended refund period commercially impractical. Please note that any payment made from E-Wallet or Gift-Wallet towards purchase or subscription renewal of our services shall not be refundable even if cancellation and refund is sought within the initial seven (7) days.
- Please keep in mind that most of our services are digital (e-services), and therefore, there is no physical delivery or return policy in place at the moment.
- We shall not be liable to refund any tax, charges, fees etc. levied by the governmental authorities or third parties while processing any cancellation or refund request. This also shall be the responsibility of the Customers.
- We will not be responsible for any additional charge levied by the Banks, Payment Processor or a third party while processing a cancellation or refund request. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the Customers.
